Our AD Series press brakes are offered from 66 to 3000 tons and 6-12 axis configurations. Servo hydraulic and electric type machines are available.
PL-C 2040 (6’ x 13’) Plasma w/Hypertherm XPR 260
Our PL Series plasma machines utilize Hypertherm power supplies and available standard table sizes as well as custom widths and lengths to accommodate large applications. The gantry can be equipped with thermal cutting a oxy cutting heads as well as drilling, tapping, and rotary cutting devices.
HD-FL 3015 (5’ x 10’) Fiber Laser
Our HD-F Series fiber laser cutting systems utilize IPG fiber and Siemens control system, both rack and pinion as well as linear drives. Traversing speeds to 11,000 ipm and cutting speeds of 1300 ipm are achieved. Standard table sizes as well as customer large format cutting systems for special applications.
HRB4 3025 (10” ¾”-1”)
w/CNC Control, Vertical and Side Supports
Our HRB4 Series plate roll machines are available in all sizes and lengths. Variable geometry style rolls are available. Durma’s “dynamic crowning” system allows thin to thick accurate bending on one machine.
VS 3006 CNC Shear (10' x 1/4") w/Rear Pneumatic Sheet Supports
Our full CNC variable rake series of shears provides great material flexibility and reduced blank distortion.
PBH 100 (4") Profile Roll w/NC Control
The PBH Series features one set of standard hardened and ground rolls. A movable command panel is separate from the machine, and all rolls are driven by a motor and gearbox.
